This guys is an irresponsible and aggressive person that should not have a driver’s license, I’ve witnessed him driving dangerously on 3 separate occasions. I would not hire someone who shows such bad judgment.

His aggressive tail-gating behaviour on Front Road today during rush hour was dangerous and put everyone at risk. Honestly this doesn't reflect well on your business.
