My first experience with eyelash extensions has been a positive one, thanks to Chay's expertise. She has a light touch and a professional approach, making the process almost unnoticeable. I wanted a natural look, and she delivered, demonstrating her skill and knowledge in the process.
I had lash extensions before from somebody else but they were never what I wanted. I was under the impression with my eye shape I couldn’t have the look I wanted. Chay was so kind and so knowledgeable and got me the lashes I’ve always been wanting! It’s been an hour since I left her shop and I already feel more confident and so happy!! I will definitely be recommending Chay to everyone and continuing my lash needs with her! Thank you Chay!
This is my first experience getting lash extensions. I researched as much as I could in terms of types of lashes, the process, the upkeep and styles. As I was a first-time client for Chay, she took time to give me a thorough consultation to understand my desires, my habits (daily makeup, types of cleaners, etc), and allowed me to show reference photos and really explain my ideas. She gave really good information, and tailored the lash extensions to what I wanted. I even left with a goodie bag for lash maintenance!
