“One of my favorite salons and spas that I've been to in Kingston. All of the staff are super warm, welcoming and kind and immediately made me feel comfortable. I didn't go to salons a lot so it didn't really know what to expect and it blew it out of my expectations. I've gone here to get haircuts and dyes(Jahnita) as well as massages and waxing(Casey/Rachel)All services have been great every time. And haven't even had friends come here and have good experiences as well. I have met many of the staff here and all are kind and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and able to provide information on hair products and other items. I've added along with this review two photos of my hair coloring service done by Jahnita“

“I booked a first massage with Carlos and wow, it was great. He took the time to share his experience and set expectations. The music was great(none of that gong and whistle junk like most spas). He checked in several times to confirm on pressure and if I was still good and it was welcomed. Before the massage was done I was already mentally planning when I would book a second appointment.
