“First time coming here. I found them online in search of a type of massage where they do cupping. My first initial phone call, the receptionist was very polite and very informative. I had a few questions that she went out of her to find out the answer to, which I really appreciated. I booked my appointment with them a few days later, only because I had to confirm child care or I would have book right away.

When I arrived to my appointment it was very calming walking in. Very clean and welcoming. The receptionist that I dealt with was very kind and welcoming. I filled out my form and was brought in on time with Brandon the RMT. We spoke about my concers and problem areas and how cupping worked. I told his because of my issues i was nervous due to pain, he reasured me that with open communication and a slow introduction to the cupping id be ok. His goal is not to leave you in pain or cause you pain, and I really appreciated that!
