She did detail assessment identifying the cause and started treatment. She surpassed my expectations and far better than any Physio I had seen in the past. She had comprehensive treatment approach. Excellent communication skills. In few weeks I did find improvement in my shoulder. Will strongly recommend Jane.“

800 Princess St Suite 400, Kingston“TLDR. I came here after a car accident after the recommendation of my insurance company. They started with physical therapy and simple stretch techniques, and later advanced to massage therapy and deeper stretches that I still do on a daily basis. There was no wait time before my appointment, and they were very understanding and helpful when I arrived late couple of times for my appointments. They also gave me items and tools that would help me with my stretching and recovery. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking any kind of physical therapy. The staff are wonderful, the physiotherapist and the massage therapist are extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. If you would like more details, here is a bit of my experience here. I came to their facilities due to my tense neck and back after a car accident and I just wanted to make sure that everything is ok. Although this area in Kingston is kinda sketchy, but the front desk and the interior are very respectful, clean and professional. I arrived at my appointment was assigned I****(for anonymity) as my physiotherapist. We did a physical assessment to see the full extent of the injury. He listened and examined every possible pain that I might feel, from my neck, back, arms and legs. I was super happy that he did not ignore anything that I said or looked down at any aspect of my pains. He genuinely wanted to hear everything to design the perfect recovery method specifically for me. He also answered all of my questions regardless of how basic or complicated they were. He was very friendly and professional. Every appointment, we would do the physical stretches and exercises together. This not only ensured my form was correct during the stretching so I would not injure myself even further, but it also set it as a routine in my brain. After the stretching was complete, hot towels, and electric muscle stimulant pads were used to finish the session and speed up the recovery. Later on in my recovery, I was assigned a massage therapist M******* that did wonders to my neck. It was a calming experience and removed a lot of knots that I did not realize I had. Of course, during our sessions, she was very friendly, and professional. Did not do anything that would bring me pain and answered all of my questions. Once I feel knots again I will come back to them again get a therapy session and a massage session as well. Honestly, I did not realize how tense everything in my neck and back were after my accident. After my 7th session with them, I can feel my neck and back actually relaxing, and the range of motion increasing. One of the best decisions I have done in my life is to come here and recover my physical injuries.“

“Where do I begin? Between the absolutely unimaginably stellar service from the reception desk, all the way through to the magnificent back cracks provided by the one and only Dr. P. Pain, there is no room for improvement. If I could give this establishment a million stars, I would - 5 just doesn’t seem sufficient. God bless the team here at the Live Well Centre, and a big shoutout to my bestie Jordyn. Although she may have an obsessive fetish for lipgloss and hand cream, she is the brightest star of them all. Kingston’s entire population should be coming here for all of their chiropractic, massage therapy and laughter needs.
