Kate at Mobile Klinik @ the Cataraqui Centre provided stellar assistance for my "just bought Samsung S24", Kate diagnosed the issue very quickly (which was software related) and then remedied the situation; my "list of" Kate's professional qualities are, she is: attentive, courteous, conscientious, extremely knowledgeable, clear and concise in her speaking and I found "wanted to provide a solution", all this while (in the space of 15 minutes) she sold 2 Apple phones and dealt with 2 other customers, this lady is multi-faceted and handles multi-tasking easily; Mobile Klinik and "us customers" are very fortunate to have Kate... read full review
Just got my broken google pixel's screen replaced and it was really a great experience at Mobile klinik, the staff was so friendly and professional, it took them an hour maximum to get everything done, thank you
