I’ve been critical of KVW in the past but never with the service or the techs they know my car and when in need of repair it has always been done right. I’ve owned several vehicles from this dealership and put over 500k on two of then all service being done at KVW

I was fortunate enough to work with a car salesman by the name of Cole Jackson. He was very professional and collected throughout the process. I did not end up going with their original car I wanted from them because of issues on my end but he was very patient throughout the process and was always willing to help me reach the end goal I was looking for. On top of that he is very clear in communication and has a very relatable and appropriate personality for that line of work. As well as everybody in the building down there at Volkswagen they are all very fantastic and friendly people.
