The medical care provided by the nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors at the Kingston Family Health Team Office has consistently been outstanding. The healthcare professionals are not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and attentive to patients' needs. Whether for routine checkups or more serious concerns, the level of care received is always reassuring and thorough.

Good experience with the Doctors. However, my partner received a call from a receptionist in order to update his file and I was flabbergasted at how rude she was to him. I understand how difficult it can be to be a receptionist and having to deal with snappy patients all day— but that doesn’t mean we get to be the receiving end of your frustration.

Excellent care from all staff including Dr Wilson, his assistant who also handles the front desk and the nursing staff. Yes you do often have to leave a message but prompt response. Covid has impacted hours of care for everyone.
