“My daughter and I went to the Kingston store on September 29th looking for a sofa, loveseat and occasional chairs for my living room. We met with Leah who took the time to actually listen to what we liked, didn’t like, and took into account we are very casual people who have recently acquired a new Golden Retriever puppy. She recommended colours that were beautiful along with fabrics that would be puppy proof and easy to clean.

A couple of times, Tim, the store manager came over to see how we were making out, offering us water..

I have never in my life had such a positive experience during any purchase. Leah ordered us swatches so I can shop for area rugs and curtains, which was so appreciated.
