Very professional and clean Pilates studio. If you spend the majority of the day sitting, the reformer lessons are excellent. I've been coming here since December of last year, and Georgia's lessons have helped both my shoulders and neck feel less tense and stiff. I'm grateful to have discovered this place and such a great instructor. Highly recommended!

I love this Pilates studio! As a busy mom who works full time, I have limited windows to exercise and Georgia, the owner/instructor, helps me make the most of every single class. She makes each session engaging, fun and challenging. The reformer classes are my favourite and I also love that she offers at home virtual challenges, that I can squeeze in over my lunch break to keep me moving every day. Highly recommend!

Georgia is such a talented teacher, also so compassionate and creative in relation to the needs of the group. She models respect and inclusivity. The space is very comfortable and clean and tranquil. I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for 3 years with Georgia and it has helped me in so many ways to build strength and balance and confidence
