I DO NOT RECOMMEND Save yourself and don't give them your winter jackets! My $1,500 jacket is damaged and discolored and they claim to be worn marks! It is clear that the two jackets we gave them have been damaged from the heat the steam has let out. I don't know how they clean but we have had cleaners outside of Ottawna clean our jackets without any issue or marks! Leena, the so called manager took my call to discuss this and she said she will take a look and call me back. I rang her back within minutes of missing her call but turns out she left for the day. Noura who picks up my call starts FIGHTING me about how my jackets have worn marks and they've been doing this for 70 years. The utter disrespect she has shown blows me away! Don't sit there and tell me you know how long I have had my jackets when I tell you that I have had other dry cleaners do it without discoloring or damaging the jacket! An acknowledgement and appology would have turned this review around...but the utter disrespect and inability to even call me back as the store manager and speak to me has me in shock! Be warned of the dysfunctional customer service and disrespect you will receive once they damage your clothes! I'll try to update this with images. The jackets are still with them as I was hoping they'd have a look and explore options to fix the damage.
