Nick is running an absolutely professional business. We needed an authorized Navien service specialist to give a second look at a dualie unit that was installed by a different contractor 5yrs ago. They were able to quickly analyze and diagnose the probable issues that have plagued this particular unit. Communicating directly with the manufacturer while they were here helped resolve some long standing issues that previous HVAC techs from another large Kingston Plumbing and Heating couldn't resolve. Hopefully the solution Farley Heating has secured with the manufacturer has saved me from a 15K installation of new equipment.

These guys did beautiful spiral duct work. It’s for my Airbnb and it made it look more classy. Wow. They gave me a free thermostat and made minor aesthetic changes on demand. Very very appreciate the work and highly recommend. They did an 8 hr job in 4 hours and cleaned then called me to see if I liked everything. White glove service
