The person who answered the phone was friendly and booked a tech to come out and assess the issue right away. I was worried about being charged an enormous after hours fee, seeing how it was Friday night! But, nope, the diagnostic was zero charge and they would call with an update and a quote before starting any repair work! Although the appt was booked for a 4hr window, a tech was able to get there within the hour of calling. Jett arrived and accessed the situation and identified the issue. Jett followed up with the tenant on site and also with a phone call to myself, the homeowner. So thankful for a quick turnaround, the friendly help, and thankful for help in solving the problem!!
