I must say I found both Andrew and Brent who came out to my place to be very professional, patient and tidy to boot. The guys were very patient with my questions and asked my opinion on several situations to make sure I was comfortable with what they would be doing. The job went smoothly and performed with no hiccups . On top of that they left my place as neat and clean as they found it on arrival. In closing I really liked Andrew’s motto “ I approach working at your home like I would if I was doing it for my home “ . Good enough for me Andrew.

Honestly, the friendliest and most professional group of technicians. The scheduler is also incredibly nice and helpful. Had them come by twice: once to fix bad thermostat wiring in the middle of the night and the second time to help wire a humidifier. Nothing short of 5 stars. There's no second thinking, give them a call!

I wish to thank Tyler and Ryan for the great installation of our new air conditioner. Tyler and Ryan were both professional and courteous. Both Tyler and Ryan worked endlessly to ensure that we had air conditioning during this hot weather spell. Chris stopped in to ensure that everything was working well. This is a great team. I would recommend Dows Climate Care.
