She’s such a beautiful person! She made my mother and I so happy. My mom with dementia was smiling and didn’t want to take her dress off. She was warm, welcoming, patient and the job she did was INCREDIBLE. She had the dress hanging when we arrived after the alterations and created a mother of the bride dress experience, I will never forget. I will drive two hours just to go to her, always.
This is my second visit to Tracy and again I'm blown away by her friendliness and professionalism. She is very much a people person and did an amazing job on all of my items. Her work is absolutely perfect and I will not hesitate to seek out her services again should it be required. Without doubt one of the best in the Kingston area! Very happy that she chose to relocate here in Kingston!! She is a gem!
Tracy is an absolute gem of a human being. I had the most amazing experience with her, she was able to fix a little tear in my dress (and my heart) and hem it perfectly! You can’t even tell anything was done to it! 1000% recommend having any alterations you need done by her. She was so lovely. Thank you Tracy!
