Wonderful experience today with my mom and second mom! I had Gabby, who was a gem! Did an incredible job on the massage, facial, and eyebrows! Mom and second mom had Quinn and Ruban who they had nothing but positive feedback about. My mom forgot an extremely sentimental necklace, which was found and Emily (GM) personally brought it to our hotel. Thank you all for an awesome day!
Everyone at the Blackburn Mews location was lovely! I had Gabby, who was an absolute gem for a massage and facial. She took her time and it made all the difference. My mom and her friend had their massages and facials in a separate room and thoroughly enjoyed themselves! When my mom forgot her necklace (very sentimental), Emily (GM) reached out and personally dropped it off to our hotel. Can not recommend this spa enough!
One of few places you can get a couples massage and it is wonderful! I've been twice now for this service and they do a great job. We had Gaby and Ruban today and they both took care of us. They use hot towels for their massage and that was a wonderful treat!
