“I had the most incredible experience at this shop. On Tuesday I was in this store and while paying for my purchase, I placed a tote bag filled with patterns, etc. at my feet. Needless to say, I forgot it there! When I arrived home, I discovered that I no longer had my parcel with me. My heart sank.
I called this shop to see if it was there and it was! They took my information and my parcel was shipped to me the next day... Now that is service!
