We couldn't recommend Laura and her highly skilled team enough! They go above and beyond for our clients every month. Their easy booking system and great communication take a ton of stress off of our team. This past month we turned over 50+ properties and All Ways Clean were there for us every step of the way. They showed up on time and we received excellent compliments from our clients.
Wonderful team. Professional, friendly, always on time, flexible and honest. I love their booking system but also the people who work for this company. They REALLY take ownership of your space. Jess, Mel, Dawn and Laura are literal goddesses.
Initially i had rated this company 1 star due to some issues with the cleaning I had done to move out of my apartment. However, in light of the issues being brought to management's attention they responded quickly and offered to come reclean the apartment in order to fix the issues I had found. Given this wasn't a possibility they went so far as to refund it fully.It shows the company cars, and while for any number of reasons something could go imperfectly, they took action quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.I would recommend this company. They seem to genuinely care and put in the effort to make sure they things are done right even at their own expense.
