Went in for a haircut. I wasn't happy with my previous haircut, it was done by the student at Ralph's but I didn't make a fuss I knew she was still learning so I paid and left a tip and decided next time I wouldn't use the student until she has some more practice. This time I got the owner to do my haircut, during our convo he noticed how bad my previous cut was and stated I should have told the person who cut it last as it is the only way to improve. I pulled him to the side and explained it was his student, and I did not want to say anything as I didn't want to embarrass her. I tried several barbershops in Keswick until I found Ralph's Classic. In my opinion they are the best; they are professional providing quality services in a very friendly environment with very reasonable pricing. Thank you Ralph and team! Now I found my barbershop and I highly recommend them to whoever needs a haircut or any grooming services.

First time going back to a barber shop since 2009 (My wife has been cutting my hair) and it was time for a change. First off, the shop has a great look and feeling. Staff are all super friendly. Ralph cut my hair and couldn't be happier, and the conversation and experience was just as good. Definitely will be back and highly recommended!
