Ess & Cay Salon and Experience

I have been coming to this salon since they opened in 2021, and cannot recommend it highly enough. Kaitlin and Sara have created such a welcoming and stylish space and it truly feels like you’re part of a community when you come here. The staff are so friendly and always go out of their way to make sure that you have an amazing experience. The last time I was there, the girls happened to be ordering lunch and graciously offered to pick something up for me as well. Waiting for my colour to process with lunch and a mimosa took my experience to the next level. Today was my first visit to this salon. From the moment I walked in I felt I was in THE BEST hands!! My appointment was with Becca. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything about hair! I can tell she truly cares about the integrity of your hair, and ensuring you do what’s best for your hair. We did a Milbon hair treatment and a trim on todays visit. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at the salon I was going to prior, they over processed my hair which lead it to break off:( So I am very happy my friend referred me to this salon because Becca set up a plan to get my hair back to a healthy state so I can in the near future start colouring it again!...read full review

I wasn’t happy with my previous hair dresser and someone referred me to Ess & Cay. I was totally impressed with not only Becca but all of the girls. The professionalism and knowledge is admirable. They talk about your hair and how they can reach the results you’re looking for. Plus the music, the place itself and the vibe is amazing. I highly recommend Ess & Cay, it’s truly a great experience!
