I was very unhappy with him. He wanted me to put more risk in my portfolio. That was a red flag. I knew enough not to do it. He sent me the form and I never sent it back. He never followed up. When I want to liquidate my portfolio he told me I had to do into the branch to do it. THat was a major run around. It was strange because my previous FP had no problems to liquidate my portfolio when I need to. I was able to contact head office and they were able to sell my portfolio right over the phone. When you leave the branch phone messages they never contact you. I do not trust these people.
