Went in there over a week ago now, was told I would get a call same day about my taxes. Now it's been a week, they made me sign paperwork to do nothing, my taxes are still not done.I've been to h & r every year for 10+ years but this experience has ruined it for me, I'll be doing my taxes via turbo tax going forward.The rep I met with her name was Susan, the manager also was talking to both of us, just seems horrible to tell a customer you would be calling same day then do absolutely nothing...Used TurboTax and got $1000 more then what this h&r block stated my refund would be. The "tax professionals" here have no idea what they are doing.The owner that commented below...read full review

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. lost my t4 which I left for 3-4 days then waited over an hour until they noticed I was waiting for service.Then told me I owed them money I didn’t when I filled it out myself.

Very pleased with the accountant who attempted to help me with my file he was very responsive.Not pleased at all with H&R Block at this location. Their tax application software had errors and costed me appropriate service. Follow up was painful and upper management did not support in rectifying the issues caused by system error and confusion. I have lost trust in H& R Block as it was their system I was using and they did not take responsibly for the initial issue. They said their hands are tied.
