This was my first time doing business with them. Every shop I called was booked up and I wanted to get a safety as I was only in town for a short while. They agreed on short notice and accommodated my circumstances by booking an appointment for the next day. I also needed a ride to enterprise while my vehicle was worked on and they gave me one free of charge no questions asked. My gas tank and km were also where I left them which I appreciate. They also allowed me to use their parking lot for a day for which also really helps being in Ottawa. I really appreciate how Mark treats his customers. He is always polite, professional, and interesting.I had 4 new rims installed. The next day, one of the TPMS (tire pressure monitor sensor) wouldn't communicate with the on board computer. Mark had me bring the truck in, reset the monitors, and sent me happily, on my way. All within 10 minutes and the service was free. This company always takes care of me, and treats me like family.I highly recommend G&S!

Repairs to my 1977 Corvette and 2008 Sebring- I have been a customer for about
6 years and during that time have had numerous repairs completed to my total
satisfaction. I am always made aware of the condition of my vehicles and the timing
for work to be completed. Not only are they professional but the best price in about 100 KM. I recommend them to any one that wants to be cautious about their
dollar. And wants quality workman-ship.
