This location was the only Canadian Tire store within a 150km radius that had the item I was looking for. I set up an online order, and was notified that it was ready within 2 1/2 hours of placing the order. The item that I wanted was rather large, so I chose the curbside pick-up option… as someone who has never used this service, let me tell you, if you’re someone who needs some extra hands, the staff here will assist you no matter if it rains or snows.

Brody (or Brodie?) was a total darling and fully loaded my order into my trunk, alone. Thank you for your sweet support and kind words Brody! Managers please give him a raise :)!

We rely on our local Canadian Tire’s auto department for all of our automotive needs. I frequently deal with Chris, Sam and Scott at the auto desk and they are always very friendly and helpful. Proposed work is clearly explained along with the relevant charges. Thank you!

I had an extremely positive experience with Chris in the auto shop today. I had a flat tire and called him from the road if he had a tire available and a slot to fit me in during this emergency. He was extremely helpful along with the lady at the auto shop reception who was wearing a black t shirt. They not only took my car in , they changed the tire quickly and helped me get back on the road. Thank you both for your wonderful service. I apologize as I did not take the lady's name who was working at that time wearing the black t shirt. You both are rockstars. Hope you both have a wonderful weekend ahead.
