I really loved my 12 week program with Afitterme. Having a heart condition that required me to lose weight without the ability to do strenuous exercise was a challenge for me. What I loved about this program was it taught me about fuelling my body correctly for the exercise I was able to do. By sticking to the principles and doing what I could exercise wise there has been a massive impact on my body fat % which has had a direct and positive benefit to my heart function. Thanks to Darren and the community for the support and encouragement through the 12 weeks.

Afitter me is a simple but very effective programme. It’s not easy, it takes focus and commitment to ensure the steps and exercises are done but the group support format really helps. No counting calories and easy for follow food plan. Highly recommend!
