I've been going to Mallory's barbells and babies class since my little girl was 7 weeks old !! From the very beginning Mallory would hold, feed and change my little one while I worked out. Her exercises are amazing! Every class I leave feeling so good! It's a great mix of easy to follow but also pushing us each class without hurting my newly postpartum body. She can also scale any workout or exercise to where your at. I hadn't been to a gym since March 2020 but Mallory makes me feel strong and capable even after giving birth!
The gym has two clean washrooms and a water station. Good parking availability and all gym equipment is in good condition.
Mythic is amazing for kids who love martial arts or any child who is seeing life skills to help them independently thrive while being part of the Mythic Team. Both of my children go there, and it has truly changed their lives. The programs are fantastic, and the instructors are incredible. Highly recommend!
They have a beautiful self serve coffee feature, and lollipops at the counter plus a comfortable bathroom. It's a joy to have a visit there. Outstanding doctors, welcoming front staff and fair prices. Why go anywhere else?
My experience with Barn Owl was truly a 5 star experience. We are very happy! We spoke with a knowledgeable arborist who helped us determine the type of work needed, the quote was competitive, and the work was scheduled quickly. The service provided was exactly what was agreed upon, they are a trustworthy company, and I definitely plan on using them again in the future.

Carole is fantastic! She is quick, thorough, professional but also kind and patient. She was able to secure a fantastic rate for my second home purchase under a time crunch as well. When I called, left a message to return a call to me in the evening. I really didn’t expect it to happen. I was wrong! The call came that evening, and then Owen came to my home. I showed him the stumps, a price was quoted, and a date was chosen. Owen arrived on time. He did a super job of grinding 4 large stumps, and 2 medium ones. All groundup chips were removed, and top soil was then added. He gave me directions to complete the job of watering and putting down grass seed. One problem! I did not have a hose long enough to reach the areas. Owen to the rescue!
He brought a hose over, connected things up for me, and said call me when I through using it. There were no surprises in the final billing, it was just as quoted to me earlier. It was such a pleasure to deal with you Owen. Thank you. I’ll be intouch about your hose!

I went to Array for the very first time last Saturday and got to meet Shari and Sydney and Louis. I went in wanting some highlights, maybe some lowlights and a cut. I basically told Shari to do whatever she thought best. I am beyond thrilled with the final result. Almost 12 inches of hair came off so it was a big change but I absolutely love it!! I highly recommend Array Hair Studio and can’t wait for my next appointment!!

We had a great time over the weekend spending the day at Pure Lotus for my friend’s event. Our group sound healing session was amazing and the property is gorgeous offering lots of spaces to spend time together as a group, explore, and relax ? Cathy did an amazing job on florals for our September 2023 wedding. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and the prices were very reasonable. I didn't have much of a floral vision at the start but Cathy made great recommendations for types of flowers and greenery, and was accommodating in adding and changing things from our order throughout the planning process. I got many compliments on my bouquet the day of!
I really loved my 12 week program with Afitterme. Having a heart condition that required me to lose weight without the ability to do strenuous exercise was a challenge for me. What I loved about this program was it taught me about fuelling my body correctly for the exercise I was able to do. By sticking to the principles and doing what I could exercise wise there has been a massive impact on my body fat % which has had a direct and positive benefit to my heart function. Thanks to Darren and the community for the support and encouragement through the 12 weeks.

Highly reccommend Furrific Dog Grooming. They are absolutely wonderful to deal with, have excellent human and dog biosecurity protocols, and I love that it is a quiet experience for nervous dogs. My dog is not easy or pleased with being groomed but they are very empathetic, and communicate their concerns for the animal. I love hearing that they noticed a lump or a bump (she has few?) and told me how she handled the experience. I appreciate the transparency and communication. Oh, and she smells absolutely delicious. I cant stop sniffing her head...So lucky to have you so close by!!

Recently we had a devastating house fire. Amongst these sorts of tragedies there are always hero’s that stand out. Steve and his employees at Kemptville Pet Valu went above and beyond for us and the pets safely still here. Our dogs are raw fed. This isn’t an easy task with a mini fridge freezer in a hotel room. The owner Steve made it all work as well as donated it everything! The amount of donations through Pet Valu and from Pet Valu is something we will never forget. It’s businesses like this that make Kemptville such an amazing compassionate community? Thank You from the bottom of our hearts…
We just had our Furnace and Dryer Ducts cleaned by Nick at RB Heating. When we called to make the appointment, the office staff was very nice. Nick explained the whole process to us before he started (and during). He was very friendly but still professional. We were very pleased with the work.
