I arrived around Mid Day on the day promised by Northbound to find a hive of activity with all roofs in active removal and /or new installation of the shingles we had agreed upon .The crew were all very professional and polite .The job started in at around 8:00 am and the crew was finished the whole job and cleaned up by 6:30 PM and on their way ....The crew chief, Felix, took charge of making sure each part and roof section were completed to his high standard .A neighbour who was in process of building a garage nearby ,along with his contractor,watched the process unfold and the contractor commented to my neighbour "These guys know what they are doing " ...In... read full review

Jeff and his team were excellent to work with - very professional and punctual, with a great work ethic and high level of efficiency. I got several quotes from local roofers (including the very friendly Jeremy of Northbound), and Northbound got our business because they were super responsive and competitively priced. We're very happy with both the shingles and the troughs, and they left the property spotless, too. I highly recommend the team.

I just had the roof on my water access cottage and boathouse done by Northbound and my experience was excellent from beginning to end. I placed an inquiry on their website on a Tuesday and Jeremy was onsite that Friday to do his site survey. I had their quote the following Tuesday. All my questions were answered very well by Kristyn, the price competitive and so I decided to move forward and am glad I did. The crew was onsite when scheduled and it was just great to see Jeremy onsite as well.
