Today January 18/2023 is the 2nd time I’ve used GT Plumbing & Heating and I must say that the service call was outstanding both times. I specifically asked owner Louie that he send technician Johnny to do the call as I had excellent service from Johnny on my 1st call. Johnny is a real professional who arrives on time and knows his business inside and out and is the most honest person that I have ever dealt with. Johnny in no time trouble shoots the problem and has a remedy within seconds. We had GT out to help us put in a gas line for our stove. Super helpful, nice, and the gentleman that they had sent out explained things (like why certain parts are placed where they are, the calculation on how they know if our gas service is big enough to put the stove into it etc). I cannot recount each time we have dealt with them but it has always been an amazing experience for us!
