Amazing job and great price. I had the owner call me and give me a run down of the procedure. Jason and his team were on time and very professional. They've been doing this for over 13 years. They used hot rubber to seal the cracks. I got in with my neighbor which brought the price a bit down. Very happy with the results and service.

Got a call a week before our appointment as they managed to squeeze us in the area.Jason and his partner were very personable and took great care to mask the area and clean the cracks prior to filing them. Very quick, yet great workmanship. Some extras el requested that forgot to include in the original estimate were accommodated at a very reasonable price. I feel very satisfied with the service and would recommend Zeal Tek without hesitation.

Jason does a fantastic job at a fair price - this is his 3rd time at my home and he even came by to do a pre-winter crack seal to safeguard against freezing and thawing. I 100% recommend him for your home.
