“I finally got the time to write this review to say how much we loved Kendra and Jordyn's work on Toto, our shih-tzu, in the past 3 years when we were living in Kanata. Toto always couldn't wait to run into the store and always looked handsome and fresh after grooming. And the haircut lasted long. We usually took Toto to grooming every 5-6 weeks. His hair usually didn't look too long or messy.
It's too bad that we had to move and can't go to Completely Mutts anymore. But I highly recommend it and hope that more doggies in Kanata can enjoy their service :-)“

During our very difficult situation, the veterinarian and the staff made sure that we had everything we needed and were comfortable. “The dog baths are awesome here and don't kill my back. Store is very clean. Staff, super helpful and nice. Xmas music was nice! My dog loves it in here and yanks me around to check out all her fave things! Great selection on product. Expensive, yes and prices keep going up so Leya today on her birthday, got a duck chew stick and an Advent calendar! Plus, her bath. A quick way to spend $50... But.. I adore my dog.“

“My dog Cookie has been going to Uptown Pet Grooming for years. It took a few tries to nail a perfect look for my Cookie, but once it was down, Cookie always comes out of the groomer’s looking and smelling absolutely perfect to me! Cookie is an anxious dog, but since going to Uptown she has learned to not only be comfortable with Laurie and Ellen, but slowly warm up to the other dogs being groomed there. It speaks volumes to me about Laurie and Ellen’s care when Cookie comes out of the groomer’s excited.Laurie and Ellen are absolute stars, and though they are very busy, will always try to accommodate. If you also want to switch up your dog’s look, they will try to see what’s best and recommend any cuts that they think might look good.Cannot recommend this place enough!“

“Awesome staff... Great customers... Friendly and holding onto cute dogs! I had mine with me today and we went to get her a new collar tag from the cool machine as her other one is worn. Tyler was really helpful and went above and beyond. Prices are what they are but lots of clearance areas. Store was clean and inviting if not really bright inside! No kitties today but l saw lots of fish, birds, guinea pigs... I just love adding an outing like this with my dog after our hike. Sunday is her day!“
