OMG! Ivan was brilliant! The repair to my wall and baseboard is absolutely perfect!!!! I'm so pleased I have to keep admiring it. He was prompt, polite, thoughtful and a master at his craft!
I reached out to Golden Years for drywall repair and paint of my stairway and upstairs hallway, which were in terrible shape with holes from electrical work, bulging drywall seams and nails and a bad paint job from the previous homeowner. I got paired with Brandon to do the work. Brandon took the time to come to my home to see the space for himself to give me an accurate estimate and to explain to me in detail how he would go about doing the work. We are very happy with the baseboard installation work done by Adnan at Golden Years Handyman Services. The price was very reasonable, and he was punctual, thorough and paid meticulous attention to detail to make sure the job was done right.
