One of my tires had a slow leak although there was no obvious damage. They were kind enough to put the car upon their lift and were able to diagnose that there was a dent on the inner part of the rim. They decided that it would be better for me to take it to a specialist who could straighten the rim. Although I was prepared to pay them for their time they were kind enough to say that it wasn’t necessary since they had not fixed the problem. I greatly appreciate their kindness, honesty and integrity.
We had our vehicle towed to Kal on Sunday when it would not start. Battery was fine so thought it might be the starter. We received a call from Kal on Tuesday because their mechanic called in sick and so they would not be able to do the repair anytime soon. This complicated what we thought would be a simple repair. They did suggest another Kal which could accommodate us. We ultimately decided to leave the vehicle where it was as it was simply the easiest solution. But unbeknownst to us, Shane, the employee looking after our vehicle, and another employee, decided to check out the problem to see if it was an easy fix. And thankfully it was. I took my van for service to Kal tire Kanata hazeldean rd. Upon entering the service department I was welcome and greeted by the manager Norm. The van was quickly brought it to the service bay and worked on immediately, which was a pleasant surprise. Work on the van was completed in a timely manner. Their professionalism, and service was outstanding. Thank you again, Norm, I would recommend the kal tire to all my friends and colleagues.
