She treats each customer respectfully. She does not hurry through a hair cut to attend to other waiting customers. Penny is very kind and truly cares about her customers! I travel from Barrhaven to March Road to have her style my hair. For me, she is irreplaceable!
The First Choice march road location has been our preferred location. Hoda has been our family stylist for many years and we couldn’t be happier with her meticulous services. Hoda gets five stars in all categories from all of us.

Penny did my hair a few weeks and I was over the moon happy. She did highlights and lowlights in my long hair as well as cit it. I’ve never had anybody do my hair so good. The colour of blonde looks so natural and so beautiful and the curtain bangs are incredible. I literally get compliments on them every day. I will most definitely be back to see Penny. And I’ll be letting all of my Friends and family know of her talent. Thank you so much.
