Took my old dog there under previous owner as she was a friend and she always looked great and so continued to go under new owner with my new dog for multiple groomings and now some daycare. She always looks fantastic after her grooms and was one happy girl when I picked her up tonight after a day there. She was appropriately fussed over and wanted to stay there, had to practically drag her away. Lovely staff and as couldn't be any more convenient for me. Recommend highly unless you want to be a Karen and then you just won't be happy anywhere. This was my dogs second time here. Everytime I pick her up she looks, feels and smells amazing!! The ladies are very friendly and they do a great job, everytime!! Prices are very reasonable and fair!! Absolutely no complaints! Highly recommend!!

This is a place like no other in Ottawa !***We have plenty of experience with these kinds of services and way beyond any doubt these great hearted individuals have surpassed our expectation every time over & over again and again. Everyone who works there is happy & smiling that counts.More especially since the new administration took over there has been a tremendous diversification and upgrade in the place and the services. There's no way I could do as well a job if I tried.
