“I went to First Choice initially for a wash & blowdry. I was greeted & taken away by Penny. I quietly asked her for a trim too since it was 2 weeks since my last haircut. I showed her a photo of what I wanted. While cutting my hair Penny informed me that my sides were uneven & the back of my hair was not properly cut. She said don’t worry I will fix it. Penny did an amazing job transforming my limp uneven hairstyle into a more flattering hairstyle.
