We had a fantastic experience with Alexanian and Ray specifically for getting carpet installed in our new home. Ray was very fun to interact with and went above and beyond in helping us get our home ready for the installation and choosing a carpet. The pricing was great, the carpet is great, the installation was done very well and very quickly. Really, I cannot think of any room for improvement here. The next time somebody I know needs carpet installed, I'll be sending them here!
Our new floor was installed last week. We dealt with Tony at the Kanata location and could not have been happier. He is professional, patient, very knowledgeable, and offered us advice without being pushy. We were able to take samples home to help in our decision making . The whole sales process was actually pleasant. He is the ultimate customer service pro! The installation team of Shir, Fahim , and unfortunately I can’t recall the name of the 3rd gentleman we’re excellent. They explained as they went along, asked for our opinion when options presented themselves, and explained when something could not be done.
