Team at Citadel was a good help with network cable installation service. Team arrived on time and knew what they were talking about. Big difference from the companies we’ve seen out there. Recommend for all things network cabling.
We have a home alarm and camera system through a different company. Our camera system went down and I called them to troubleshoot. After 2 minutes of troubleshooting they came back and said they would need to send a tech out, They advised me they are booking about a month out and there of course would be a hefty fee. This would mean our system would be down while we wait for the tech to come out.They suggested I call the camera manufacturer. I did that, they were also unable to help and advised me I would have to get a tech out. We just had our camera surveillance system installed and it works perfect. Excellent quality cameras and the nvr unit records everything onsite. The accompanying app also works perfectly and is easy to use. Overall, excellent service and great guys.
