I had dropped my sisters engagement ring down the toilet and flushed it! In the moment I didn’t know what to do and found Plumb Perfect, and I am SO glad that I did!! I spoke to Terry over the phone and she was super helpful, she connected me with Paul and he guided me through on what to do before he had come to my the house, I had no hope of finding this ring as we have tenants in the basement who were also flushing, behold Paul came to the rescue and found the ring!! I am so grateful for this team and how much they helped us in this situation! I would 10/10 recommend Plumb Perfect

Thrilled by the prompt response and attention to detail that this organization clearly values! My toilet wasn't working properly and I was stressing out from the fact that 10 out of 11 plumbers I contacted couldn't come out on the same day. But when I contacted Plumb Perfect, not only did their owner come out to engage this repair call (Paul), but his fastidious nature impressed the hell out of me. I had an emergency in the middle of the night as we had a leak from the kitchen faucet and called Plumb perfect and spoke to Terry. She was really calm and very understanding of the situation. She booked an appt for next day morning at 11 and Paul and Mark came at 10!!!. I really like the fact that they came early unlike other companies where you have to keep waiting.
