This is a long time in coming, full disclosure: I’ve never had a service done by NPS. This past winter I was stranded with my two kids and our car wouldn’t start. I asked a few other people if they’d help me jump my car and they all said no. So I asked the gentleman in the NPS truck and he immediately said yes.
I asked if I could give him some cash and he wouldn’t accept it. He was an overall friendly guy and was my hero that day. I would happily recommend the business of someone so kind.
