Amazing and quick service. The ladies night was so informative and a great way to feel more comfortable about your car. They truly care and go over and above to show you and help you understand!
Not from town, however experienced an issue with a previously installed Napa part (in a different Ontario city), while near this location.
This location got me in quickly, promptly addressed my concerns and the issue was resolved. Napa honoured their warranty and issue was fixed, with no questions or hesitation.
I cannot say enough positive about the Napa warranty and the customer service at this location.
Well done Napa family!
