We bought a stove from FPK & had them install it on our off-grid, water-access island build on Georgian Bay despite them not being the nearest local distributor, because Tom was by far the most engaging & knowledgeable to buy from. Joe & the installation team came out to rough-in the chimney on the same day the roofers were here, and absolutely nailed the stove placement on a return delivery after the windows were in. These guys have given us tons of great advice; this is easily the part of our cottage construction process that has been smoothest so far.

I have now been blown away! Christine and Brian and the installation teams are great. I have been a Napoleon user and loved it, then was a Regency CI2600 user for 9yrs and was better. Wanted a Regency again for our move to Huntsville and was convinced by the staff at Fireplace King to go with a Pacific Energy freestanding woodstove. It is a challenge to buy a woodstove that you have to actually trust the sales team and they have blown it out of the water. Have used unit steady for 3wks, glass is still clear as Regency used to get the horseshoe ring of buildup on the glass after 2 days.
