We purchased carpet for stairs had great support. But when one of their employees came to measure he failed to tell us that adjustment needed on stair stringers to install carpet.It was the installer when he came to install informed us we should make adjustments to stairs.We could have made the appropriate adjustments while waiting for carpet but that did not happen consequently we had it done first week in April. But now getting it installed seems to be an issue because installers are very busy.All this unnecessary issues could have been addressed long time ago only if the person that came over would have told us then. Waiting now for response re when work can be done.Store requested photos of stairs adjustment why Is unexplainable.Cheers

Great service at the store. Very helpful, knowledgeable, available and flexible. They were not looking for the quick sale, but rather took their time and presented options to help us pick the correct flooring. The install took less time than quoted and was excellent work.
