In Feb. 2022 my house hold backup generator system malfunctioned. It would not allow electricity from Hydro to flow into the house when a power outage ended. This was very inconvenient and I considered the issue to be urgent. I contacted Ron Pratt and in less than 1 1/2 hours he had attened, installed a new part and was gone. Exceptional response, and very much appreciated!

Ron, Julie and all the highly skilled electricians at Ron Pratt Electric Inc. are second to none. They recently connected our 22Kw generator, swim spa & completed miscellaneous electrical work on our property and everything is perfect. We look forward to having them perform all future work.
