Our hot water heater (oil) went out. Terry came the day after my call and came before supper. He thought it could be the switch ($18.00) or the relay ($240) so he changed out the switch first. His fee is 85.00 service. He said if he had to come back he’d waive the service charge. Good to his word he returned when the heat went out again. Came within 2 hours of the call and fixed it at cost. Waiting to see if that’s the answer. May need a whole new furnaceService: Heating system repair

Terry showed up the day after i called him. It was for a non working oil heated hot water tank. He came and said he wasn't sure if it was switch or relay so went the cheaper route w switch $18.00 + service $85.00. Said if he needed to come back there would be no service charge. Of course the tank went off again within 12 hours so called him at 2:30 and left message. He was here by 4:30 and w relay in his hand. Took him 15 minutes to install $240.00 and true to his word it was no charge labour. Awesome!

Becthel's Home Heating is amazing. Great service always and very professional. They have replace my oil tank, water heater and service the furnace every year. 5 stars all around.
