Called Andy on a recommendation from a friend. He called me back, discussed the likely solution to my problem (gas oven slow to heat), told me the cost if the solution required a new igniter. He came later that day and fixed the problem and also gave me some free advice on a problem we are having with our washer. Nice guy, good service. Absolutely recommend him.

Found Andy on FB ..he got back to me within an hour explained to him the issue with my stand up freezer and microwave..he was here 2 days later..he knows his stuff was very thorough.I would recommend Andy's appliances.

Prompt knowledgeable honest and good listener in order to problem solve. Andy did a great job on my 30-year-old gas oven and gave me clear options with no guarantee,but the oven is working and I'm very pleased.
