New to the area, we needed to look for a new stylist. Sadly, our first attempt elsewhere left a bit to be desired.Salon Multi Coupe may be our new home now. Upon arrival the ambiance was inviting and we were welcomed warmly.The best part of the appt was the fact that they listen. Nowadays this seems to be a crapshoot. Some do, most don't. IMO, this is the most important ability a stylist can have. And these folks heard us.The demeanor of both stylists we had was professional with a side of friendly. The ability to create that type of atmosphere isn't easy but they do. It is something I look for and appreciate.If I had to name something on the con side, I couldn't really think of anything except that they don't offer a beverage to their clients. It certainly isn't a dealbreaker, nor does it affect their skills. Maybe I've been spoiled in the past. I don't know.We both walked out of there completely happy and loving our do's.
