I am the designated landlord for 3 buildings that use natural gas furnaces. I carry out annual pre-winter inspections/tune-ups to ensure reliability. For the past 3 years I have been using Riverside Plumbing to complete this work. This November one of the units was found with a serious reliability issue. I am happy to say the problem was accurately diagnosed and successfully repaired in quick order with minimal disruption of service. I was very impressed with the tech, Jason, who carried out the work professionally, quickly with any fuss. I have been a satisfied customer for 3 years and have no reservations in recommending Riverside Plumbing for furnace tune-ups and repairs.

I am a Gas Fitter technician, on Friday evening ,I had to fix customer hot water tank I was short ofgas some gas fittings the front counter lasy not only provided me the required material ut helped me to use her workshop such an amazing service indeed .bravo

They literally saved us when we first moved to our new house. The previous owner had left us a nasty clogged sink in the kitchen and with 5 people in the house, no sink is just not an option. They came quickly and actually found the pipes under the sink were not done properly (now why the home inspector missed it is a whole different issue). The plumber redid the whole pipe system under the sink… and it’s been working perfectly since, 18 months later. We got good service at a very fair price.
