I had a toilet to unclog and by the next day, they were there. Bright and early. The office team bent over backwards to accomodate my situation and for that I was very thankful. Now that's customer service! Thanks guys.

They don't seem to know how to contact you when you enquire on their website. And we've called. They just couldn't even seem to put an initial appt together. That should raise red flags right there.We were recommended this company. So far it's been 3 weeks and counting. We are new to the area, and would rather deal with a company that was used and recommended by friends. Sadly no such luck so far.Update: We have taken our business elsewhere. Friends were incredibly embarrassed, and are now questioning their future with this company.

Called for a plumber to fix a shower.- first time we called, we were told there would be a 2 weeks delay for service. Since it wasn’t an emergency, we were okay with waiting.- got a call 3 weeks later. Plumbers showed up on time, but with no galoshes or mats to protect floors. After several trips back and forth to their truck, they left our wood floors and carpets in a pretty sad and dirty state.- they could not repair our shower because they didn’t have the part. But we were told they would research the part and get back to us.- over 3 weeks later, I called back to follow up because we hadn’t heard back from anyone, only to find out nobody had researched the part.-...read full review
