I recently had my car repairs done at Carstar Hawkesbury due to having car accident. The service was amazing. However, The staff, Prescillia and her team went even further to ensure that I had courtesy car and even cleaned inside my car. I can say with great certainties that not only the repairs were great but also the customer service I received was absolutely exceptional. I recommend this perfect team to everyone. I've used CarStar several times for accident damage and for non-accident issues; communication is excellent, work is done quickly, colour-match and flake reproduction is great; only improvement I think is merited is minor contamination found in the clearcoat but the work is guaranteed and any follow-ups would be remedied quickly and professionally; I think very few people would find any imperfections at all in their work.
Good service and wonderful work!! The repair made My car look new after the accident after a deer ran into my drivers side door while I drove. The deer continued running to the other side. It was a big deer! I wish I had the after picture. It looks brand new now
