Mark did a superlative fix on my laptop. Although it's a little old it had become very slow. Mark was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and the charge was reasonable. Thanks Mark, I'll return if needed or when it's time for an upgrade, Jerry

I could have done this locally but I have not been impressed with the computer fixers in Port Elgin. I took a chance on MEG and I am beyond impressed! Best experience I have had in a long time! Educated, experienced and reasonable. Extremely friendly...both man, wife and dog!!! Highly, highly recommend this man and his gentle dog (with a stuffed turtle).
